Gershwin: Rhapsody in Blue
On July 2, 2010. Jeffrey Biegel performed the complete Gershwin's Rhapsody in Blue at Brooklyn Bridge Park on one of the 60 pianos set up around NYC as part of the "Play Me, I'm Yours: NYC 2010" program created by Luke Jerram. Presented in NYC by Sing for Hope, 60 pianos were installed in public parks, streets and plazas. Like a creative blank canvas, the pianos were there for any member of the public to play and engage with.
